Celebration of Teachers – May 19th at Discovery Green in Houston
Texas AFT, Mike Collier, and Texans for Public Education are partnering to hold a rally for public education for all teachers, parents, students, and all those who care about schools across Texas. The event will be held at Discovery Green in Houston starting at noon. Speakers will include teachers, students, public education advocates, Republican Scott Milder, and keynote speech by Democrat Mike Collier.
